Booking & Payment

To book your package and any party extra's simply add your chosen items to the shopping cart and like any other online store, go through the checkout process.

Don't forget to make sure you enter all details correctly and fully, especially your contact details, the delivery address details (the venue where we are delivering to) and your party details. We hire between 9am and 6pm 7 days a week excludiing bank holidays. Hire outside of these times may be possible however, there is an increased cost for evenings or bank holidays.

You'll be pleased to know that the hire time does not include our set up or collection time, but remember to let the venue know the time we require for set-up and collection (as shown in each advert) when you book the venue. In our experience, most venues give you 30 minutes each side of your booking time for setting up and clearing away, but if you have our larger mega max package or book quite a lot of items together, then we may need more than 30 minutes to set up and pack away.

 

IMPORTANT - YOUR BOOKING IS NOT SECURED UNTIL YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENT!

 

Payment Method 1 - BANK PAYMENT - choose this option and we will send you an invoice with our bank details. You can pay a £25 non-refundable deposit via your bank and then pay the balance 3 weeks prior to the party. Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder a few days before it's due. NOTE: The full amount is due immediately if your party date is 3 weeks or less. Payments are non-refundable once paid. If you choose this option, we'll hold your reservation for up to 24 hours to allow time for payment to reach us.

We can also do payment plans! Pay in small regular amounts across several months until the balance is paid. Interested? Just tell us when you order via Payment Method 1 in the Customer Notes box and we'll keep in touch with you to send courtesy reminders regarding payments. Pay any amount after the initial deposit payment, as long as its paid 3 weeks before the party date.

Our bank details can be found on the top right hand corner of the invoice which is emailed to you once you have submitted your order. We will confirm receipt of cleared bank payments by emaill within 24 hours of receipt into our bank account. Please allow for any processing time. Please use your full name as the bank reference.

 

Payment Method 2 - PAYPAL - choose this option and you can pay the full amount immediately using a debit or credit card. Please note this option only permits the full invoice amount to be paid. Payments are non-refundable once paid. If you choose this option, your booking will be instantly secured for you.

 
PayPal is directly linked from our website so if you choose the PayPal payment method you will be taken from our website to the PayPal website to make your payment. Please note that you don't need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal using a credit or debit card - you can just pay as a 'Guest' user. You will receive a receipt from Paypal.

 

Note: If for any reason we cannnot accept your booking we'll let you know and refund any monies paid. All bookings are subject to our approval and acceptance.

If you have any problems please contact us by phone or email. Please don't use Facebook for sending us messages regarding booking queries, as it can be unreliable and not all messages or notifications reach us. Calls, text messages and emails come straight through to our mobile phone so this is always the quickest and best way to contact us.
